The Tempo Decos is the road shoe for cyclists who don't ride in the demanding professional peloton. It embodies Fizik's legendary minimalist design in its most beautiful form. With these shoes, Fizik has consistently focused on simplicity to deliver the authentic road cycling experience you expect from Fizik, from spectacular high-altitude rides to gran fondos and beyond.

At the base, the R3 outsole’s engineered carbon fibre layup saves weight and delivers increased stiffness, with a stiffness index rating of 10, making this outsole the most responsive in the fizik range. A wide vent inlet and deep internal channelling provide cooling airflow, aiding in temperature regulation. The cleat positioning is set slightly further back compared to traditional settings to optimise pedalling efficiency and reduce knee compression - especially well-suited for very aggressive, forward aero positions.
The streamlined upper is made of a stretchable polyurethane laminate combined with a comfortable mesh material. This reduces pressure points and provides the foot with lasting support where it matters most. The fit can be comfortably and individually adjusted thanks to a unique bidirectional Li2 BOA® dial.
R3 SOLE: The Decos Carbon also features the R3 outsole, developed with a new carbon fiber layer and a new design to save weight without compromising stiffness. With a 10 rating, the R3 is a stiff outsole that ensures optimal power transfer. Two wide air intakes and deep internal channels allow cooling airflow and help regulate temperature. In line with the latest cycling fit trends, the R3 outsole features a recessed cleat position, the same as all the latest Fizik models, to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, especially suited to very aggressive, forward-leaning aero positions.
